Accepted Forms of ID

The following forms of identification are accepted by the Supervisor of Elections office:

• Florida Driver's License
• Florida ID Card issued by DHSMV
• Current US Passport
• Debit/Credit Card
• Military ID with signature
• Student ID
• Retirement Center ID
• Neighborhood Association ID
• Public Assistance ID
